Our Roots are in Machining
We work extensively with the industries along the Texas Gulf Coast. It is
through these roots and collaborations that we began
providing services to the POLYOLEFINS Industry. We began
manufacturing Die Plates in the 1970s for PE, LDPE,
LLDPE, and PP.
GEMCO was the first company to successfully manufacture
a 49 inch "LOW-PRESSURE DROP" Die Plate for
polymer production. This type Die has production capacities
of approx. 100,000 pounds / hour.
